General equipment adopts three-phase five wire connection mode, three live wires, one zero wire and one ground wire. The diameter of three live wires should be at least 25 m2 copper wire to ensure the input of instantaneous high current. The zero line and ground line should not be the same line, but should be connected separately. The ground wire should be connected, otherwise it is easy to burn the board.
The automatic straight seam welding machine should be placed flat on the ground. If it is to be installed close to the wall, it should be about 2 meters away from the wall to ensure that the chassis door can be opened, leaving enough space for future welding maintenance. After the position is selected, the automatic straight seam welding machine should be fixed with expansion screws.
A large amount of air pressure is needed to drive the cylinder and pressure the electrode. There should be a good supply of air pressure. Under the condition of insufficient air pressure, the welding is easy to cause insufficient electrode pressure, and the phenomenon of explosion and spatter occurs in the welding process.
Add lubricating oil into one cup of the automatic straight seam welding machine, and add oil to the solenoid valve to ensure that the sensitivity of the solenoid valve is not affected. The cylinder block of the cylinder also has a place for oil injection. It is recommended to inject oil once a week. Too much oil will overflow with the cylinder bore.
The transformer and SCR of the welding machine are cooled by water cooling. If the temperature is too high, the stability of the welding quality will be affected. A good cooling system should be provided. According to the welding power and the actual operating current, the cooling effect of the industrial chiller is good, which can quickly take away the heat generated in the welding process and ensure the stability of the welding quality of the automatic straight seam welder.
