1. In the welding process, it is found that the arc is generated between the nozzle and the workpiece, which leads to the double arc phenomenon. 2. Smoke was found at the nozzle of plasma welding gun during welding. To stop welding, check whether the water tank is open and whether the water meter shows the amount of water. If there is no water passing through the welding gun, the welding gun is burnt out and needs to be repaired by professionals.
3. In the process of tungsten alignment, high frequency is not used. In this case, the nozzle should be cleaned in time, the metal should be polished with metallographic sandpaper, and the tungsten needle should be ground again.
4. There are pores in the weld. The reasons may be that the base metal has oil, rust and other dirt; the gas protection effect is poor; the gas path is not clean; the gun head leaks. The workpiece should be cleaned, the arc voltage should be reduced, the welding speed should be reduced, the new gas should be used, the pipeline should be renewed, and the O-ring should be replaced.
